[pytables-users] [ANN] PyTables on top of h5py is finally happening!

Hi,

On behalf of a handful of PyTables developers, I am happy to say that we
have started work to put PyTables on top of h5py. There are a lot of
reasons we thought why this is important but most of them are exposed in
this Anthony Scopatz's blog:

So we have currently gathering in Perth (

a plan for this:
